Its one and two star share is 2 points below the typical installer in Kentucky. Across Kentucky, 19 of the 37 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 6 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

New Dawn Solar was incredible to work with. I recently had to have my solar panels removed and reinstalled for a new roof, and their team went above and beyond. From the very beginning, it was clear they take real pride in their craft. Every detail was handled with care and precision, and the end result was far better than I expected. Not only did they get everything reinstalled, but they actually improved the system in the process—optimizing performance and making sure everything was finally running as it should. The value they provided was outstanding. Most importantly, they truly cared abou

Our home in Kentucky needed solar. I looked into several companies and New Dawn stood out as #1 by a long shot. After I met with Jacob, I was confident this was the right company to choose. New Dawn installed a 13kw solar system on our detached pole barn that feeds our main panel at the house. The system included Qcell panels, Sol-ark inverter, and Endur batteries. This is a family run business that holds a high standard to quality and cra

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions established, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Elsewhere

    • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
    • It posts on LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Elizabethtown is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
