We needed to uninstall and then reinstall our solar panels because our roof was being replaced. We were unsure which company could handle the job, but when we began our search, Mike from New England solar Direct - was the very first to reach out—contacting us almost immediately after I submitted my request—and we were able to schedule an appointment right away. I was impressed by their promptness in contacting us, their punctuality for the appointment, as well as the clear explanations and flexible options they provided. We decided to move forward with them, and honestly, I couldn't be happier

Mike was extremely professional. We had our roof done and the job was done perfectly. Everything came out as Mike promised. I highly recommend !!

My experience with New England Solar Direct has been great. The whole process starting from the initial estimate to final inspection went smoothly. Their financing option was very clear unlike some others. The proposal was very detailed and clear. They took care of all paperwork and permits for us. New England Solar Direct even sent a Roof pro when I was unsure about the life of our roof. Installation took two days only. The installers were polite and professional. Reaching people at New England Solar Direct is as simple as making a phone call. I would definitely recommend them.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions licensed, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Bridgeport is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
