  I would leave a 0 star review if I could. Do not trust this company. They have made contracts where they will give their customers $135 to rent their devices and came to insulate the house, only to drop the ball and rip off senior citizens on a fixed income! They take your money to pay the bill but don't want to take customer service calls. They hang up! I'll be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. Beyond appalling.

  Horrible equipment is always off-line and never produce anything, but they love to collect they money

  Severe communication problem. They never call back. They mark projects for cancelation without updating you or telling you anything then when they are told they have the wrong information they just say we will have to call you back and start from square one. Was told I would he getting a call about all the issues within 24 hours. That phone call never occurred.
