    Their technician was surprisingly thorough for a routine apartment pest treatment. He checked vents, window corners, and even behind the washing machine before starting. I also appreciated that he wore shoe covers inside without being asked. Haven’t seen spiders or insects around the bathroom since the service.

    My parents are older and usually get overwhelmed with technical explanations, but the consultant explained everything in simple language without sounding impatient. They answered every question calmly and even printed extra instructions for them. Service like that makes people feel genuinely comfortable spending money.

    We had a fantastic experience with Nola Solar Energy. We purchased a home with existing solar panels, had zero information from the previous owners. I called the original installer and they (still 3 months later) haven't called me back. I called Nola Solar, Kazim and Umut came out quickly and figured out what was going on with the panels. They got in contact with Solar Edge for me, got a new invertor and optimizers for the panels under warranty! Super easy to work with! Great communication and just really nice honest people. Thank you so much for helping me!!
