Its one and two star share is 31 points above the typical installer in the New Orleans area. Across Louisiana, 8 of the 47 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 444 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Are they out of business? I read about the layoffs.

I have been attempting to resolve a solar panel removal since April 7, 2026 — over five weeks. My home was approved for the Louisiana FORTIFIED Roof Program grant, and my roof replacement cannot be completed until RenewBrook removes the panels from my property. I am not a new customer. I am a former PosiGen customer who was transferred to RenewBrook without any choice in the matter following PosiGen's bankruptcy. In that five-week window: I received no proactive communication. I was told verbally that their service partner Omnidian would bear financial responsibility for any third-party remova

There is an expectation to pay for panels if there are not working. Waiting for a bill correction for months now.

Not really the type of solar set up or information for my specific needs. They came across as primarily urban home, residential solar. I believe them to be extremely busy in a good way. Very invested in their customers needs, equipment quality and performance. Very up to date as well as familiar with outdated equipment they do remove as part of new installation. Their prices seemed fair and they seemed to be diligent with customer satisfaction, feedback and very willing to share knowledge and give professional suggestions. Positive, friendly, good work attitudes, not pushy. They seem willing t

The service is great, once the panels are installed my Entergy went down remarkably from hundreds to sometimes under 50.00 dollars a month. the money I save is wonderful.

Very professional, competent and efficient. We are looking forward to a long relationship.

Chad and B were absolutely wonderful I would recommend them to anyone!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • Google also lists this company under computer repair.
  • It is also reviewed on Angi and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
