Shipment sent after 2 day pull from stock and shipped. Crosses the country in 5 days and does not get delivered because shipper recalls the shipment which takes another week. Then the goods are shipped again which takes another week. After the return of the original shipment, customer asked to cancel order if the goods are not shipped by close of business Saturday. Company ignored the request and shipped goods on the following Monday. I'll never do business with these guys again. They could have shipped the right product upon confirmation that the first shipment was returning to source. It wou

I was going through the RMA process for a brand new Victron inverter charger that, according to the original testing centers notes, had something very wrong with it. They sent it to NAZ for further testing and repair or replacement. NAZ had it for a month and their tech responsible for it, Benjamin, would not respond to any of my emails and calls about the status of the equipment. I ended up having to get Victron corporate involved which took care of the situation. Benjamin didn't even message me to let me know the equipment was ready, the original testing center did. To Benjamins credit, if h

**Updating to 3 stars from 1. After my review, I was contacted immediately to make things right. Apparently, there was some miscommunication between the manufacturer and NAZ, and they did have the inverter ready to go. Still, not a great customer experience; however, they are a legitimate company, I did end up getting the inverter, and I'm happy with it. Ordered an inverter on their website, and it showed in stock. They ended up backordering it, and two weeks later cancelled my order saying they weren't in stock. Yet, the day they told me this, it still shows in stock on their website but at a

Excellent job of communicating with us when the order was placed and there was going to be a week delay in shipping it to us. And the part came when they indicated it would, and it worked wonderfully to get our system back up and reporting after a lightning storm.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

“Your trusted solar power distributor since 1979. Are you a Solar Installer? We…”

Its website also mentions warranty, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
