    It was the most horrible experience I have ever had any kind of company in my life. They hooked up the wrong wires and used cheap aluminum that almost burned down my camp trailer. They didnt even know that the batteries I had weren't enough to power my ac even... I was told I would get over 10 hrs of run time of solar power with this set up. It gets less than 4 hrs which isn't half of what they said. Travis is a real jerk They didnt even care amd said deal with it... when I told him I simply wanted a refund amd to come get there stuff that doesnt perform or work like they said... Travis even s

    Despite the above average rating, the support staff seem completely clueless. The main person answering phones couldn't offer anything beyond vague and opened questions in response to simple inquiries about the company.

    I called to get a simple 50 amp RV hook up plug add to are power box the guy was here less then five mins and said they would be back in the next few days it's a super easy job and it cost under 200 bucks well a week later after paying 65 bucks for less then five mins of the man's time I finally call to find out why I hadn't heard anything and wait two more days to finally get the quote and it's 352 bucks after being told it would be under a 200 dollar job I don't understand stand why the guy would give me price and it's 150 more then I was told

    Getting scheduled for the solar to go back in the roof took longer than necessary. Seemed like we were not a priority even though we had an appointment. Edit: Our roof was finished 2/9 we waited for weather issues to pass and we had an appointment for 2/21 scheduled in advance and confirmed 2/17. Although there was no weather issues the day of I received a phone call 2 hours prior to the scheduled reinstall and was told that the crew was in Sedona. The solar was reinstalled on the 27th and the crew did great. The rescheduling at the last minute showed that our job was not a priority.

    Service person was very professional and got the job done. Informed us of possible power grid issues. Got all issues resolved that same day.

    We had Damien out to help us upgrade our electrical outlets with up-to-date switches and timers for some of our outdoor lights. He knows exactly what he's doing and made some helpful suggestions which we agreed to. We recommend Pur Solar and Damien in particular, and continue to use them after many years. Highly recommended!
