Its one and two star share is 2 points below the typical installer in Arizona. Across Arizona, 152 of the 269 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 36 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

What reviewers said

I called and spoke with Kelly at least six times, asking for help. She said they were busy and couldn’t send a tech out to assess my onsite needs until the following month. She said she’d reach out to me. I never heard back. I called again, same story, same result - nobody called and I wasn’t helped. A friend had told me to call Prometheus and ask for Kelly. So, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I called again, Kelly answered and apologized for dropping the ball (her words). With a promise to reach out to me once a tech was free, I was sure she’d call. Wrong again! I finally went to Northe

Super nice people. But forgetful of materials needed to do the job. Communication wasn’t good either. I consistently had to call to find out what was going on, if they were done with the work when they left the property. I had to call multiple times to try to get answers from them

Since Ryan left, service has been poor. System malfunctioned and have been calling for service for 2 weeks with no luck. Can't get a response if when to fix. Still waiting. Even though it was slow getting a response, they came through. Jose and Perry made it happen, fixed the problem and the service call was excellent. The issue was they are a very busy company. But in the end, we were taken care of. :)

If you need work on your solar panels on your roof ask for Luis Orona, he did a great job inspecting my panels and made sure everything was secure! Thanks for helping me after hours Luis, I’ll be back next season where we could look at upgrading. I appreciate your attention to details, and helping me out!

José and his team are doing awesome professional work AND provide a great customer experience! Thank you! Joe with GlobeLife

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Free estimate

“state. If you’re ready for your free quote or you just want to chat about your…”

Its website also mentions established, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
