  During the planning stage, and after an on-site review of my job, they basically cut communication and would not respond to me by text message nor phone call. This set my project back quite a bit and it’s baffling to me why they basically wouldn’t respond. Very unprofessional and I’m really glad This happened early, before I started to work with them.

  Mike replaced our A/C and heating unit a year ago. Just recently it broke down and we asked him take a look at it. He said he did not know what was wrong with it and told us to get another technician to fix it when he was the one who installed the unit. Later, another company diagnosed the problem. When we told Mike the problem was the compressor, he refused to fix the unit saying he didn’t want to do it. Initially, I gave him a good review but after this experience I will not be recommending or referring him to others.

  NovaGreen Energy solved the drafty problem with my wood burning fireplace. Mike suggested installing a thick "fireplace flue plug" to seal the inside of the fireplace. His tech Dalio was prompt, knowledgeable, and willing to explain what he was doing everytime I inquired. It seems to have done the trick and saved me from having to find a masonry contractor to seal up all the cracks in the mortar surrounding the fireplace which would have been a bigger, longer and more expensive proposition and probably still would not have solved the issue of cold air coming from inside my fireplace and leakin

  Booking was simple and confirmation was clear. I was given a next day appointment, and the tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and identified the problem immediately. He had the part in his truck and repaired my gas fireplace, checked for leaks, and was finished in under an hour.
