  Called Ocotillo solar for a estimate. Wouldn't even talk to me unless they could come to my home and sell me in person. Not interested in a high-pressure salesman coming to my house.

  Perfect execution, affordable, fast, and kind. Dominic, the owner, personally oversaw my project from end to end. His team has a high attention to detail, but was able to make the project speed by and we were up and running very fast. I had 5 different quotes and from all angles I can see I made the right decision. The team (engineer, electrician, installers) were consistent and are directly hired by him, so we always had the same people. This meant a lot to me because I didn't want to be with fly-by-night installers. The team made sure the project went off without a hitch and left my property

  Ocotillo Solar installed our flat rooftop solar panels. The whole experience was very easy. Dominic and his team laid out every step and took care of all the meetings with the city for applications etc. We had to have our electric panel upgraded and they took care of that with their in-house electrician. They helped with understanding and applying for the tax credits which paid for 40% of the job. It was an overall pleasant experience. Dominic and his team are all very nice and helpful. We highly recommend them.

  We decided to get solar 3 years ago and first met with a large company. We were convinced we would go with them after a meeting at our house but decided to meet with a smaller company as well. Despite having already basically decided to go with the big name company, Ocotillo was impressive enough to independently change both of our minds. The owner was very knowledgeable and able to answer my (probably fairly technical on average) questions about everything from the wattage of the array vs the transformer to the roof penetrations to what would happen to warranties should they go out of busines
