Customer service is great but I’m not sure about everyone else but here in Lavon Texas, we lose power several times a week, sometimes several times per day. I am working around my neighborhood to get courage people to file a complaint it’s the Utilities Commission to investigate. There is zero reason for this level of disruption. Every time the power goes out, I have to wait for my internet to reboot and when it happens every several time within a few hours, makes it hard to work. And then restring my clocks several times a day, not my idea of fun.

Adam came to my home yesterday and gave us an excellent presentation of the benefits and savings of having solar panels. He was honest, polite and very professional. Adam answered all the questions we had as well as showing supporting documentation to back his presentation. We felt so comfortable, he actually let us know that because of our situation, we were better of waiting till my wife gets her PCS orders. My wife is active duty military and we don’t know yet if we are staying in San Antonio or going somewhere else. If We stay in San Antonio, we will definitely calling Adam to get our sola

One of the most reliable, friendly and professional solar roof company that I manage to have a business with. 5 star for prompt attention to concerns and very helpful in our rebate application with Cps. They are very flexible for the time and day of the install for the customer's convenience. Would recommend.

He was amazing and honest, let me know that solar wasn't a good fit for me instead of pushing a product. Very professional and humble

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions years in business, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It posts on Facebook and Instagram. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Castle Hills is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
