Oregon Solar and Battery

Each mark is one company we hold in the Salem area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Oregon Solar and Battery is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

It was a pleasure working with Oregon Solar and Battery! Our sales rep. John was knowledgeable and explained the purchase options thoroughly to give us the best choice for us. He stayed in communication throughout the entire process even checking in after everything was complete. Jake and Megan, the owners, were super friendly and thorough from completing paperwork to install. Communication is their super power! Once the paperwork was in place, install happened. Installation took place on a Monday. Electrical finished on a Tuesday. The Inspection happened on a Wednesday and the wait for Pacifi

This is the place to go with! Small, family owned and local. Jake and Megan care about their community and care about what they are doing, and they travel great lengths to make sure customer expectations are exceeded. They cover most of Southern Oregon and take time and effort to provide a quality proposal that will either knock down that power bill or provide you energy security when the lights go out (or, BOTH). I recommend getting three bids, one of which should be from these guys. You where see, where quality meets value!

I was completely hesitant for years about purchasing a solar system. Then I just happened to get a call from Oregon Solar and Battery. I almost hung up on them, but I was driving home from about 90 miles away and thought well I don't mind waisting a little time. So I began talking and soon I just said, "Let me make this real easy for you. If you can build me a system that produces 100% of my power needs and the payment doesn't exceed a certain amount that I decided on, then I'll make a deal with you. After some number crunching he quickly called me back and said, "I think I can get real close.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Financing

“explain the incentives, rebates, and financing options available so you can save as much as…”

• Warranty

“permitting, maintenance, and warranty repairs for home standby and portable…”

• Family owned

“This is the place to go with! Small, family owned and local. Jake and Megan care about…”

Its website also mentions free estimate and established, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on GuildQuality, Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on Facebook and Instagram. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
