Had a my solar panels installed on my roof. Smart Solar did a great job throughout the process in communication. I was able to really customize the equipment and that was really nice. Pros: Best Warranty and Price (And I compared to 7 different companies) Excellent Communication Good expectations.... they didn't make a promise they didn't deliver Cons: There was a big gap of time (several weeks) between City approval and the installation. I don't believe this was absolutely necessary. They did bring everything online on time. A different company installs Unity Solar which isn't what I was told

I was looking for a local solar installation company here in Salem when I came across Smart Solar Energy. Jordan was able to give me a very competitive price compared to a few other local solar companies and explained all the tax credits and savings that were currently available. He was able to answer any and all questions that I had which helped build my trust in their company. It was a great experience top to bottom.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
• —Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Salem is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
