Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in the Los Lunas area. Across New Mexico, 16 of the 65 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 13 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Every company we hold in the Los Lunas area, on one axis

0% rated 1–2★100%

Each mark is one company we hold in the Los Lunas area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Paradise Power Company, Inc | PPC Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Do business with these people at your own risk. The system they installed for me failed and they refused to fix it -- so I paid another company to do it all over from scratch. Do not expect this company to "make it right".

Their staff is rude they don't carry inverters they have no business calling themselves a solar store if they don't even carry an inverter I would rate this less but unfortunately there's only a five-star system and it's one to five

Highly recommend this company. Professional and responsive. A delightful transaction.

In a word my experience with PPC Solar: Remarkable! The eval and design made clear and precise, the proposed gear the most up to date, the install performed by the most resilient and nimble crew one could ask for, and the follow through to completion most committed. Do not pass go, support local enterprise, leverage the next generation. Our gratitudes to all you guys for the hard work.Preston, Garret, and crew. Best Karen Factor/ Peter Joseph Santa Fe

From first contact with Preston to installation lead by Brandon, PPC Solar was professional. The proposal was easy to understand and explained thoroughly. All my questions were answered. Installation went smoothly and timely. I recommend them to anyone wanting to go solar!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“by Others For technical or warranty assistance with equipment we did not…”

Its website also mentions years in business, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • Google also lists this company under electrical.
  • It posts on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
