    Worst financial mistake I ever made. The rep who sold us the solar used a selling point that we would get 14,000 back from our taxes if we purchased solar through them using the HERO program. When I did my taxes and found out that wasn't true, I asked our rep about it and her response was "well, I am not a tax expert" She also told me our system was offline but it most likely was a wifi error and would correct itself and I ended up with a $5000 electricity bill. This system would have cost me $100,000 if I kept my house for the length of the contract, but I sold my house (and the solar added n

    I recently contacted ParagonSun to resolve an issue with my Enphase inverters that had gone offline. The team was professional throughout the entire process and arrived exactly when they said they would. They identified the problem and successfully returned my system to service. It is a relief to have everything working correctly again. Based on my experience, I find ParagonSun reliable, very professional, and refreshingly trustworthy, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs quality solar service and professional workmanship.

    Could not recommend Cori and her team more! Did a fantastic job handling the swap of my Enphase Gen3 battery system for a Gen4, including managing completely off the script anomalies that the utility invented for my case. Extremely knowledgeable about the products, the process and nuances. Super friendly and great communication at every stage. They even were willing to put up with and touch up an existing solar installation, where lots of others ghosted once I'd mentioned it.
