Its one and two star share is 14 points above the typical installer in California. Across California, 327 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 5 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Recently - My Aunt had Planet Oath solar panels install on her home. A contracting group had done the install however, and Aunt needed them to follow up to show her if the panels were working. The contractor was very difficult to reach for her so I step in and reach out to Planet Oath. I was connected to Windy. Wow when is the last time you pick up the phone and had a conversation with a person and have the person follow up on everything from contacting the contractor to following up with my Aunt and myself? Well , I want to thank Windy for excellent customer service from Planet Oath LLC. Than

Planet Oath LLC was sub-contracted through my company for the installation of my Solar Panels. My POC, Ms. Wendy, was very personable and responsive to my questions. She alleviated a lot of my concerns and was easy to talk with during the installation process. The site agent, highlighted key functions of the Enphase App and updated me on the next steps in the process. I would highly recommend them based on their workmanship and customer service.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
