    Kind of a mixed bag. We have had a leased Tesla solar roof system and Tesla car charger. With the federal tax credit to end, we ordered a Tesla Powerwall battery system. The system itself was installed and works as promised. So the technical part was fine. And Tesla sales/support reps were readily available for questions throughout the process. However, they could or would not say how the install and required change in our utility billing would affect our electric bill. Also, Tesla provided Zero help in applying for a rebate from our utility. Looking back, we should have found a third-party so

    Great experience. Permitting with the city took some time but Tesla was on it from start to finish. The actual install day went very smoothly and the work was done well.

    I had good experience with the Tesla installers, though they said they had lost a lot of the support people and things were being subbed out which is unfortunate. It did coincide with other Tesla issues outside of their products.

    Such a seamless experience. From the on-line application process to remote evaluation prior to installation, easy to navigate and smooth. It is amazing to never worry about rolling blackouts or power outages again.
