    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! They sold the company I work for 2 Tesla Powerwall 3 units. We discovered, after installation and attempting to register, that they sold us stolen property. Both units had been stolen off the back of a truck and could not be registered. It's been over a year now and we are still fighting with Portlandia for a refund. Then, to add injury to insult, last week they had the audacity to attempt to double bill us for these same stolen units.

    terrible customer service. ordered parts online and 3 days order i get an email cancellation yet the parts are still available on their website. When I called I was told they will check the warehouse and immediately hung up on me and never called back

    Don't ever order anything from them ! I ordered a Generator from them around two months ago and paid for it in full a little over $42,000 and they keep giving me the run around and Also they dont give a phone call to let me know what's going on.

    We recently had a tricky EOL (end-of-life) panel swap-out on a job and ran into a wall with our usual supplier—part of a big national chain. They told us they simply couldn’t get the part we needed. That’s when we called Portlandia Electric Supply. Their team took the time to listen and understood how urgent the job was. Even though the material hadn’t been in production for the last four years, they managed to track it down in about eight days. Once they sourced the part, they delivered it directly to our job site, which saved us a ton of time and stress. Since then, everything has run smooth
