    I am beyond frustrated and honestly fed up with this company. I’ve called customer support over and over about an issue that still hasn’t been fixed, and the experience has been horrible every single time. I sit on hold for 30 minutes or longer, only to be told “they can’t hear me” before the call is disconnected. It feels impossible to get real help. If I could go back and choose a different company, I absolutely would. This has been nothing but a stressful and unacceptable experience, and I need this issue taken seriously and resolved immediately.

    The representative who came out to my house was excellent but now I’m about to cancel I supposed to have a project manager guide me from installation to activation I called left message didn’t hear back Now another company supposed to support me so I email and message them through app no response

    Great service , system was fast to setup and all connections to begin my solar energy journey was taken care of by PosiGen
