Its one and two star share is 7 points above the typical installer in Texas. Across Texas, 258 of the 728 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 64 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I was lied to several times and am now out a unit and $1,100. I purchased a Victron inverter/charger from them that came with the charge function not working. Their tech support had me on and off the phone for two days trying to get it to work. He also had me purchase a Bluetooth dongle so we could trouble shoot it from there. That also didn’t work so the tech spoke to his manager and said they were going to pay for shipping to their service center so they can fix it. I asked SEVERAL times and spoke to three different people about this because I did

Slow to ship. Ordered on Monday with 2 day shipping premium. They didn’t ship for 2 days so it arrived 2 days after my job was expected to be complete. Had to return to the job site due to late materials. Bad for my business and wasted my money in expedited shipping. I’ll stick with Amazon when on-time materials are needed.

Was ready to purchase some solar equipment; however, your website is totally @##%ed unable to enter correct amount shipping, pages taking to long to load and payment method not working with PayPal. I will go place my order with a company that takes more pride in keeping their sales tools up and functioning correctly. Your website was a waste of my time.....

Me and my company Solar CenTex have been long-time customers for our solar materiel needs but today was such an awesome experience, I wanted to say "Thank you." Last night, some severe thunderstorms came through Central Texas and one of our full off-grid customers took a direct lightning hit that took out his generator, inverter, one of his two lithium batteries...no power capability at all. My customer called me at 7:15am. Kyle at the Powerstore took my call less than an hour later and quickly ensured I received a replacement Sol-Ark inverter the very same day. The delivery driver (another he

Amazing Partners! Matt and the Power Store are AWESOME!!

  • 5★ · around August 2025

We have been using power store 4-5 years now and have never been let down. Matt is on top of his stuff and very competitive with pricing. He has been a huge help with some big installs we had in the past and some coming up. He is very knowledgeable in the solar field. The front office is always very quick and professional. Great all around company. Thank you.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions established and better business bureau, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Elsewhere

    • It posts on LinkedIn and Instagram. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

    Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
