  Avoid Pulse Turnkey at all costs. Our solar project has turned into a nightmare our solar project has dragged into 3 different calendar years now. After signing and some moderately low pacing Pulse ghosted us at 99% completion, leaving us with a half-functioning, unsafe, non-compliant system. They also recently induced a false removal of our honest Google review as real customers we posted in November.   If I could give zero stars I would! I had my panels installed in April was told it would only take about 30 days until they would get inspected and installed. I followed up with sales rep who never helped and said I needed to call the install company. Had a leak where panels were installed finally got someone out in July to look at the leak and then found out a couple of days before I didn’t need to wait for inspection they could have been turned on since they were installed.   I really enjoyed working with Pulse Turnkey! Recently, we had a pretty bad hailstorm that came through and damaged a number of our solar panels (along with our roof). I connected with James and his team, and they were super easy to work with throughout the entire process, especially considering all of the coordination with the other folks (roofers, gutters, etc.). They made it easy to detach, re-install, and replace my panels. Their team members were friendly and did great work. And, they were extremely communicative and transparent with their pricing.   One thing I appreciated was their transparency about costs and savings. They clearly explained what I should realistically expect instead of giving inflated promises. Installation was completed within the expected timeframe, and the crew kept everything neat. There was a minor delay in activating the monitoring system, but support resolved it quickly. Since then, I’ve been able to track energy production regularly. It’s satisfying to see consistent output and a slow but steady reduction in monthly electricity expenses.
