The Solar Maintenance Guys

Each mark is one company we hold in the Fort Worth area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. The Solar Maintenance Guys is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

DISHONEST. DO NOT PAY UNTIL AFTER WORK IS DONE. Hired them to do a solar inspection. They no showed. Came the next day instead. We should have recognized this as a warning sign. The inspection: Spent 15 minutes looking at the solar system then met another solar person to sell panels out of his car in front of the house. Over a month latter he still has not provided the inspection report we paid him for. He comes off as a really nice guy but does not do the work he was paid to do.

If I could give these guys a 0 Stars I would. They lost us a stream of business that we already had signed up. After reminding them day after day for approx. 2 weeks about our clients needs regarding solar, they showed up to the job site around 3pm the day of begging our client for water multiple times before leaving due to it being too hot out when they were suppose3d to start in the morning. One of there guys that came out broke 2 solar panels out of spite which the discussed with the client without speaking with us first. They won our trust originally because they stated that they needed to

Would love to give an honest review of the service. However….. after MONTHS of back and forth and then promising to be here at “date and time” they never show and when we finally get ahold of them it’s some excuse…. Save yourself the time and headache and find someone else

Asking for general information, they promptly returned my call and definitely spent more time than he probably had answering my question. Very friendly and courteous.

Excellent service from The Solar Maintenance Guys! They were professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly, showed up when they said they would, and completed the work with great attention to detail. It's refreshing to find a company that genuinely cares about doing the job right and treating customers honestly. If you're looking for a reliable team for your solar maintenance or repairs, I highly recommend The Solar Maintenance Guys!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

• It is also reviewed on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
