Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in the Fort Worth area. Across Texas, 332 of the 728 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 77 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in the Fort Worth area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Monument Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Very hard to work with unprofessional and will charge you a fortune. Trying to get them out to remove and reinstall my panels for a new roof. They first wanted $13,750 then when I finally got in touch with them it went to $22k (2 days work). When I complained they blocked my number and said Good Luck.

I had an outstanding experience with this Monument Solar company from start to finish. The entire team was professional, honest, and easy to work with. They communicated with me throughout the process, showed up when they said they would, and completed the job on time. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and they made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. It’s hard to find a company that truly cares about its customers, but they definitely do. I highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs or a full roof replacement.

After purchasing our solar from another company that scammed us, we were introduced to Monument Solar. They came in and took over as if we were a customer from installation. Every issue we have had has been fixed without hesitation. In June 2026, our solar wasn’t producing. Eduardo was helpful in assisting me with troubleshooting before sending a technician out. We are two hours from their location, so I know he was trying to help us avoid the service call. Rolando was sent out to us and even though he was here the whole day, he was able to work with Enphase to resolve our issue. He was person

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“that includes lifetime transferable warranty. This company was the topic of many…”

  • Family owned

“Saginaw, Texas, Monument Solar is a family-owned company built on hard work,…”

  • Licensed

“Your Goals Every tier is installed by licensed electricians with the same commitment…”

Its website also mentions financing, free estimate and established, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
