Its one and two star share is 2 points above the typical installer in the Fort Worth area. Across Texas, 306 of the 728 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 36 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in the Fort Worth area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Atlas Solar Power is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Quick install, and great installation guys....enjoyed all the info they gave me during the installation. However, once the installation is over, they will not honnor the warranty and do any repairs if your system goes down, and you better go to solar school if you need anything fixed. Also the $ they tell you that you will save will probably be wayyyy off the mark....your going to end up paying 2 to 3 times more in energy bills for decades....its a huge mistake...and now your house structure is damaged.

Won't honnor warranty, and if anything happens to it, your own your own.

Best deal based on 3 quotes for my system. Just make sure u know what panels u want, so do ur research! Also, Ronnie the owner is a pleasure to deal with. He is very easy to work with and if there are any issues, it will always be taken care off.

I've had solar for 13 years & had recent micro-inverter issues. Derek & Ronnie presented 2 options. I chose to replace all micro-inverters. The installers were courteous, knowledgeable and on-time. They cleaned up afterwards & let me know the next steps. I am impressed with Atlas for their professionalism, value, feedback & great responsiveness. Comparing last year to now, I've gained daily kwh production. I'm very pleased that they are my new solar provider & I'd recommend them to anyone thinking of adding solar to their home. Thanks!

Atlas personal IE, Electrician, installer were very professional, responsive, and very good quality productions. Everything fell in place first time around. Finally at the end of the installation they did a walk around the whole system and explain the all the details and answers all questions. Very Happy with the product and Atlas Solar. Great Job!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
