Its one and two star share is 2 points above the typical installer in the Fort Worth area. Across Texas, 292 of the 728 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 31 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in the Fort Worth area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Tarrant Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Horrible time trying to get my solar system repaired. It started with a roof replacement, which went by without much trouble, but some damage was seen on the solar panel equipment. It took 3 months to get a tech to replace the components, but the system still did not work. Since then, no one came out or proactively reached out to me in order to get a fix complete. I was just forced to pay another electrician to fix their mistake, which was a simple refresh of the inverter onto the wifi. Horrible experience. Stay away if you want your system fixed quickly and correctly. Edit: In response and to

Just had my solar panels and Tesla Powerwall installation. They did an excellent job at a great price. The management and installation teams were great. Very easy to work with and did a professional job and cleanup. Last but not least they did a great job of setting up and explaining the tools requested to managed the tools. They led the process of getting the power, hoa and city permits.

We had purchased a home solar system from another company about 3 years ago. The system we were promised, was not the system they installed. The system has been a failure since it was installed. We contacted Tarrant Solar to see what, if anything could be done. They sent out a very knowledgeable and personable representative named Will who went over our entire system and showed us, in detail the options available to us. We chose to update our system and are very happy with the decision. Tarrant Solar’s Team of Technicians came out on time and installed a 21.9 KW Solar System that is working gr

I met Justin, Jordan and Tim when they came out to my daughter's house. I must say. All of them were so nice and efficient and made my experience so comfortable. They're very respectful and they have great people skills and personality. I would most definitely recommend Them to anyone looking for Solar needs. Thank you guy's. You're awesome.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“sales, installation, and warranty teams are all under the Tarrant Solar…”

  • Established

“company. They have been in business since 1994. As an industry leader with 50,000+…”

  • Years in business

“the building products industry for more than 110 years. Founded in 1904 as General Roofing…”

Its website also mentions financing, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
