    Installation and process went smooth. It has been about 4 months with my system now and I am still getting a 50+ electric bill. I called and they said they would come and look at it. It's been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for a response. Now I have a solar and a power bill.

    Pure Energy Systems did a great job handling everything from the initial call all the way through the complete installation and follow up to ensure everything was working smoothly. Any questions or concerns I had were answered and taken care of in a timely manner. No project goes perfect, but anytime there was a bump in the process it was well navigated and handled very professionally. Pure Energy Systems has an amazing team that stands by their word, and I absolutely recommend their services if your considering solar (more details on our story below). Lumio previously presented us with a 9.6

    We’ve been loosely considering solar for some time, and pure energy systems came to our door, looked at our situation, answered our questions, and gave us what appeared to be a reasonable quote to get everything going. We especially liked that they are a locally-based company. We ultimately did not pursue the work yet since we decided to replace the roof ourselves first, but the friendliness, professionalism, and knowledge of the representatives we worked with will bring us back when we’re ready to reconsider. Thank you!

    We have wanted solar for years but lived in a forested area and it didn't make since there. We bought our house in Kennewick, WA. in Sept of 2023. We very much did not like our electric bills during the winter and looked for a solar company. We talked with two companies and Pure Energy systems gave us better information and their plan made the most since. They suggested 12 panels for our small house as apposed to 22. We were extremely pleased with every person that we had contact with. All questions were answered and everything explained. We are no longer using public provided electracy.
