Its one and two star share is 11 points above the typical installer in Seattle. Across Washington, 16 of the 99 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.
The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 470 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.
Every company we hold in Seattle, on one axis
Each mark is one company we hold in Seattle whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Omnidian is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Omnidian is contractually obligated to monitor my solar system, yet they do not. They were unaware of a system outage after the system was down over 1 week. They are also contractually obligated to provide 24/7 service, which they do not (closed after business hours and on weekends). I have had ongoing issues with my system since it was installed (installer messed up install and went out of business). I requested a case manager contact me over a month ago, and have sent 3 additional requests for a callback and they don't call. Omnidian has now outsourced customer support offshore. My system ha

Have tried for 24 hours to reach my case owner without success. Call center representatives only take messages. No way to reach my case owner. Company contracted by Omidian to remove panels has a non-working phone number and doesn't respond to emails. I may have been scammed out of thousands of dollars.

Omnidian was contracted out by Palmetto to monitor our photovoltaic (PV) system. They sent me an email on July 23rd notifying me of a disruption in communication between their company and my PV system. I was notified via email on July 25th that we need to troubleshoot this issue. We discovered that the breaker inside the house powering the PV system will not turn on. Our PV system is not producing right now. There is no operator-level maintenance that can be applied to get it going. Photos of the issue were sent to Omnidian on July 27th. They originally created a work order on August 4th. We w

Omnidian has to be the worst monitoring service. EverBright installed my system and this company is supposed to help keep it functioning. They notified me through email that communication with my system is down. I lease this system at my home. They continue to send emails for ME to go and look at the system and tell them what is wrong…. I have explained to them I am disabled and also unwilling to do the troubleshooting for them. My contract states that someone will come and service the leased equipment. They have stopped responding to emails and phone calls. Absolutely one of the worst compani

Kevin Massie was our technician on this project, he came to our home twice once to see what was wrong and report it so that it could be corrected. The second time he came out to fix it and was very Professional and keep me informed on everything he did and was doing. When he left my system is now working after 3 months. I would recommend this man to fix anything very professional!

Thank you for your contact and care. Our problem: our name is on two instillations - 131 Park Ave, 1265 Clover Lane. We need you to indicate the Instillations involved. (We are also waiting for our $1000 referral fee, than you)

They were very helpful troubleshooting a problem with my system.

What the company says about itself
Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.
24/7 availability
“. Our service teams have access to 24/7 data about your solar system’s…”
Its website also mentions warranty, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.
Elsewhere
- It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
- It posts on YouTube, X, Instagram and LinkedIn. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.
What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
