Its one and two star share is 3 points below the typical installer in Seattle. Across Washington, 52 of the 99 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.
The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 249 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.
Every company we hold in Seattle, on one axis
Each mark is one company we hold in Seattle whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Sunergy Systems is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

This isn't about their solar panels as I didn't purchase theirs. This is about their community engagement and the respect they show to the communities they're working in. I was walking down the narrow alley (no sidewalks) behind my house and their very impatient trunk driver honked at me to get out of his way. I explained there was nowhere to go and I was just trying to walk down my alley and he started a verbal altercation with me. He concluded by yelling "I don't care that you're walking." His truck had blocked the alleyway all day while installing solar but he did not have the patience to w

Interesting company: they did call back after I left a message, but only to tell me that a solar install was not going to work because (1) in their words "your house has a PVC roof" - which is incorrect, the roof is asphalt not PVC, and it is going to be replaced soon anyhow with something solar-panel compatible, but they didn't think to ask about this (?), and (2) a solar install is "not going to be cost effective", but the rep didn't ask us anything about our reasons for the install (which might include things other than a cost-benefit analysis), or how much power we use, or what our time ho

Well i walked in looking to get a feel for solar panels...had some questions...that they could answer and just simply chose not to take the time to be helpful....it is buisnesses like this that are making the decision easy to leave seattle....id recomend sharing your resourses with a buisness that is more rooted in kindness.....further as i read down the page the owner says they are there to educate....thats about as far from the truth as one can get when i look at my experience...spend your money with anyone else!!!!

I received several bids and their bid was the 2nd from the lowest but when everything was finalized they were nearly as expensive as the most expensive ones. My system is working but the reporting to my phone is always 2 days behind and the install took a week compared to a system I had installed on another house is quite slow. So had the price not jumped by 25 percent and the monitoring been better I would have given 5 stars.

Very happy with Sunergy. They installed our system on time and as agreed. When a component required troubleshooting, they were attentive and fixed the issue within a few days. Everyone that I've worked with is professional and friendly. I would recommend Sunergy to anyone.

Sunergy Systems installed my solar panel system in 2014. The team was excellent from start to finish; professional, knowledgeable, accurate. The system works great and I have had no issues for 12 years as of this posting. Complete satisfaction. Five stars!⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ KC Bainbridge Island, WA

Great company to work with. My design consultant Nikki was super helpful and answered all my questions throughout the whole process; from initial consultation to install. They are very transparent throughout the whole process, and there was never a point where I felt like didn't know what was happening. Since electricity rates are going up every year, and having 1:1 net metering still available it was a must do. Especially with an EV and another EV coming in the near future. It's nice to see my electric bill at $0 every month! I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.
What the company says about itself
Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.
Its website also mentions warranty, established and licensed, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.
Elsewhere
- It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
- It posts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.
What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
