Its one and two star share is 5 points above the typical installer in Seattle. Across Washington, 26 of the 99 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 26 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in Seattle whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Artisan Electric is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

This company was good when we got the solar panels approximately 10-13yrs ago. We have an EMERGENCY. A leak in our roof that is getting worse by the day going …

We had our solar panel system installed by Artisan a few years ago. The quote and installation process went well overall, but the communication during the install left much to be desired. We got a lot of mixed messages about our project timeline, and when they were finally finished with our install, the majority of the solar panels wouldn’t turn on. We reached out several times to Artisan to have the issue resolved and were becoming rather frustrated with the system not fully functioning. After 2-3 visits over a duration of a few weeks from their technicians our system was finally up and runni

Artisan incorrectly installed our Generac generator months ago. It drained the battery and the generator cannot start up. We were without the generator during the last power outage. We have been leaving voicemails and emails to try and schedule an appointment for the fix. Radio silence.

Our Enphase based system has been up and running for 4.5 years. Recently we had an issue with system configuration, that appeared to be entirely on the Enphase side. Artisan was there and assisted us in dealing with Enphase support. Enphase …

Great company to work with for residential solar installs. I picked artisan for our solar in 2025 to take advantage of the expiring tax credits. I solicited bids from five different companies. Artisan was competitive with the others, they use union labor which I liked, and they have a significant commercial operation. I wanted to make sure I picked a company that would endure sunsetting of the tax incentives with a strong commercial operation. I have to say that even in the stressful time of installing in 2025, they were very responsive, the installers were pleasant and efficient, and now I ha

I highly recommend Artisan Electric for solar and electric vehicle charge! They are competent & fairly priced!

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
