  Saw a guy driving in this company van going 88+ crossing over different lanes putting people lives at risk... not really a company id trust driving in my neighborhood!

  Drivers don't know how to drive, blatantly run red lights, and then are generally shitty.

  Their drivers are the worst. Talk about "bringing good energy to Washington". I was trying to merge into a lane as the van speeds all the way to try to not allow me to go. They proceed to get thisclose to my car to try to force me to swerve into oncoming traffic. I proceed to try to get in from behind the van as they flip me off. Honestly so unprofessional and they must've forgot they were in a work van. Would never support this company, do better at who you allow to drive while advertising your company name.

  How it started. The SolTerra consultant did not come for the appointment nor did give a call! How it improved: SolTerra responded to this review. The second appointment was successful. Kevin introduced the options clearly. Will I choose them? I don't know yet. Considerations: * Pricing. SolTerra is about 10% more expensive. * Use of a lien: I don't want to assume SolTerra's business risks. Once a contract is signed both parties have obligations.

  Everything went very smoothly, estimates to install were very accurate. The team was so happy and professional. They were kind to my curious young kids who wanted to know everything they were doing. Inspection passed with no issues and they cleaned up the roof debris after.

  I just finished the final walk-thru of my solar panel installation with Solterra representative Kevin. What an effortless process. I started shopping around in March 2026. Among the 4 different bids, Solterra really stood out. I appreciate they did not oversell, explained the process and systems really well - not talking down on us or fill in a lot of unnecessary technical tidbits. The schedule was pretty close to their estimate so we were able to fit in other plans while waiting for permits.
