The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 36 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Good system, only issue is owner was not able to fulfill entire agreement, I am missing some panels, that were promised to be placed, two years and I still haven’t had the rest of my panels installed, everything else is good, but I am over paying for a system that should be larger,

This company still owes me money and still has not resolved my issue after 9 months. Electric company has confirmed panels are not on or producing and owner will not respond and there is no way to call or get in contact anyone to get assistance . Stay away from this fraudulent company

I've edited the review to show 3 stars instead of 2 because they did eventually respond and fix the issue. However, according to the owner, this was a minor inconvenience for me. I disagree. Being out of pocket for $1000 is more than a minor inconvenience. Yes, I was part of the group of EPE customers with billing issues, which is why it took so long to realize there was an issue and when I called Quantum Solar they came out within a few days. However, it still took EPE to discover the actual problem. As I told Jeff personally, if he had responded to my messages or emails quicker, I may have g

Super honest and they know what they’re doing. They’re not sales people. They’re licensed contractors.

Jeff pays attention to detail and makes sure that the work orders are accurate to what I wanted. The work turned out great.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
