Its one and two star share is 2 points below the typical installer in Illinois. Across Illinois, 104 of the 183 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 18 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

What reviewers said

Renew Tech is by far the best installers I have ever worked with! Very professional, respectful and great work ethic. They will work 7 days a week, until 10pm at night and even through snow/rain if it means completing the job on time and with high quality! I have been very pleased with them and hope to work with them for a very long time!

I recently had a great experience with Renew Tech for my home solar installation. From consultation to installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They explained all my options clearly and completed the installation ahead of schedule. The system works perfectly, my energy bills have dropped significantly, and the real-time monitoring feature is fantastic. I highly recommend Renew Tech for their exceptional service and commitment to quality. Thank you for a smooth and rewarding transition to solar energy!

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Charleston is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
