    We had a solar system installed 9 years ago. Worked well until recently - 3 months ago I noticed half the panels were not working. I've been calling Renewable USA a few times per week since March to have someone help. Every few weeks I manage to get a hold of someone and they say they'll get back to me. Frustrating customer service.

    UPDATE: The company has since addressed all the issues with my system. They’ve been responsive, fixed everything, and made an effort to make things right. Things are in a good place and I am now satisfied with the work, and I appreciate that even though things started off bumpy, they’ve come through and taken care of what I mentioned. Their follow-through has made a real difference, and I’m hoping we can keep this positive momentum going. I appreciate the improvement DO NOT USE THEM!!! I chose this company for my solar installation because they’re local, and I expected better service and perso

    After wavering for years, the prospect of $400+, and rising, Edison bills every month, clarified my thinking.
