I have an older solar system that was originally installed by SolarCity back in 2010. Recently, I needed service on the inverter and wanted to ensure everything on the roof was functioning properly. Upon inspection, we found that the system was still in great condition overall, aside from some squirrel damage to a few wires and a heavy buildup of dirt on the panels. After installing critter guard and giving the panels a thorough cleaning, I’ve seen a significant boost in production over the past few weeks! Thank you again for your kindness and for taking the time to walk me through everything,

Alayla reached out to us while evaluating squirrels under our neighbors panels. She provided good information, suggested solutions (“critter guards”) and they were installed within a few days. It was clean, quick and inexpensive. We’ll be working with her semi-annually to ensure tip-top performance. I highly recommend Resouceful Rooftops.

The service was awesome, very responsive to my questions and completed the work just as agreed, super affordable. 10/10 would use RR again in the future.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Family owned

“she worked for—one of the largest family-owned solar companies in the Pacific…”

• Years in business

“When I went in for my interview over 5 years ago, I had no prior experience with…”

Its website also mentions warranty and licensed, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Burlington is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
