RoofexNRG, LLC

Very disappointing. When they first installed the roof they completely covered the drain hole on the porch roof and had to completely redo it. This was only because I noticed the issue. Then, just over a year later, the roof leaked and it took them two months to make the repair. After the repair, they refused to repair the interior damage caused by the leak, some minor painting. They claimed it was because the roof damage was weather related, however as the roof was just over a year old, this is ridiculous.

They installed an attic fan while I was NOT home. When I called upset about them robbing me of my chance to look at the equipment before installation, they condescendingly asked me "we sent you service pictures, don't you know what your roof looks like? You can't see this fan from outside?!" Their contract says they "clean debris from all work done" but they don't (found a chunk of roof and shavings in my yard a couple of weeks later; see photo). Their contract says they give you brand new equipment unless otherwise specified but they do NOT provide purchase paperwork nor an invoice for your e

I am so happy I selected these guys to install our new roof. It’s a big job so I was nervous at first but I became comfortable very quickly. They gave us a great price and did an excellent, professional job. The owner Sonny really took care of us. They posted pictures of our new roof on their website and it looks awesome. I am looking forward to working with them in the future on other projects.

My old roof got damaged after a storm and it needed a replacement. RoofexNRG was by far the most responsive and transparent company out of all the companies I shopped around with. They took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions and they were clearly very knowledgeable. As soon as I gave the green light, they got the roof replaced very efficiently and to high standards. Everyone from the office team to the roofing team was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. I would go with them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to my friends and family who needed a roof rep

Great roofers, extremely helpful/ knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond. Sonny (the owner) was so helpful, he took care of everything, followed up with the insurance company, making sure they process the claim quickly, he was also able it get it fully covered! Thanks Sonny! You are the best.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

• Google also lists this company under roofing. A company that does both roofing and solar can handle the roof work a panel install often needs.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
