Security Solar

Every company we hold in Texas whose Google breakdown has been read, grouped by their share of one and two star reviews. Security Solar is in the highlighted group.

The PV array installation was the ONLY part that went well. Everything else was repeatedly short-changed, botched and DELAYED MANY MONTHS by piecemeal installation. Questions about the technical approach were only vaguely partially answered, which could have prevented the end results: I did not get the system functionality requested. It was fortunate that the inverter company caught an IMPROPER BATTERY INSTALLATION that could have led to an overload disaster.

Hi friends, this was a very cute and easy design to make.

Got my solar panels cleaned in less than 24 hrs from initial request for quote. My panels were producing 2.5 kW at best—- immediately after the cleaning they were producing 6! Woo hoo!

The guys showed up on time and ready to work. They took the 40+ solar panels from a dusty and dirty mess to shiny clean ready to absorb the bright sunlight to power our home. Great job! Definitely calling Security Solar to perform their awesome wonders again in the future.

In this nightmare of getting our solar inverter replaced, Security Solar responded to me and fixed our problem on the same day! If you live in the Copperas Cove area there is no one better.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

“step of the way. QUALITY WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEED Our focus on safety, performance, and…”

“Owner-operated by Jeremie, who brings over 20 years of hands-on experience, our mission…”

• It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and Thumbtack. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Georgetown is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
