    This company is terrible not only to their customers, but to their employees. Over promise, under deliver, then try to play catch up at everyone else’s expense. Reminiscent of the Elizabeth Holmes debacle.

    I've had my PTO for 5 months now and I've already had two issues with my system. I don't mind having issues, its technology and stuff happens. My problem is the severe lack of response from Sigora. Today is April 4. I submitted my request for help on February 21. Their website claims a 72 hour response time. I still have never heard back acknowledging my request for help. I've sent several emails and made several phone calls. Nothing from anyone. I recommend finding another solar installer that will actually help you after you spend $90,000 on a solar system. Absolutely terrible.

    I have been trying for a week to contact Sigora. No one answers the phone and I never get a call back when I leave messages. What is going on with this company?

    May, 2023- my solar stopped working, so I messaged them via their website, and called and left 2 voicemails, but received no response at all. Are they going out of business or something? What's happening, Sigora?? _____________________ Knowledgeable folks, great service. It's WONDERFUL being net-zero or better every month for over 2 years now, and driving my around with power from my garage roof is a dream come true! Was solar the best return on investment I could have made? Honestly I have no idea about the investment value or alternative opportunity costs, but I'm sure it's getting better an

    The guys that came out to service my home were very professional. I appreciate promptness of their arrival and walked me through the steps of the new thermostats that we received.

    Sigora Solar installed our ground based 20KW system in 2017. They were fast, efficient and explained everything. Our bills have been below $29/Month for our consumption of ~90KWH/day. They highest production was 132KWH on a spring day. Heat lowers the efficiency, and cool temps with bright, longer days helps. Sigora even monitors the system and caught a broken inverter! Our payback is estimated to be 10 years; the life of the system is estimated @ 25 years. We are so satisfied with SIgora that we are considering adding a system to our rental unit for a boost in the rental income.
