    Run away! Ordered a large tracking system in August 2018. It was finally operational in April of 2020. It has not tracked consistently since May 2020. It takes months for a service tech to come. Currently 2 out of 9 rows are tracking. The motors for 5 rows were taken off on October 13, 2023 for repair and have not been returned. Service tech doesn't answer phone or texts. Neither does service manager. They didn't send ABS payments in July and October of 2023. Accounting doesn't return calls either.

Iowa Wind and Solar LLC d/b/a Simpleray (“Simpleray”) Entity Type: Approved Vendor Reason for Suspension: Simpleray was suspended for failing to pass through REC incentive payments to its customers, failure to comply with contractual obligations, misrepresentations to customers, unfair business practices, and nonresponsiveness to customers. Entity originally suspended for 6 months. Suspension Start Date: March 14, 2024 Appeal: None filed Suspension Status: Suspended (entity may not be reinstated before September 14, 2023

    Stay away from this company. We've contracted for them to install an array on our warehouse 12 months ago and the company has continually missed deadlines. We still do not have panels installed nor a date of install. The communication is awful and very frustrating given the size of our investment. We are pursuing legal options.

    Installed 2 solar systems, home office and freezer storage facility, in 2015. Systems were performing well until this summer of 2018. SolarEdge invertor, at the freezer facility failed, and it took 4 weeks of lost production for Simpleray and SolarEdge to get the system back up and running. Also, have a panel that is not producing at the home office location, but Simpleray doesn't seem to respond to requests to fix the problem. Makes me wonder if Simpleray and SolarEdge need to have more "boots on the ground" to take care of their installs.

    Our solar array had quit working and our installer had gone out of business. Simpleray was willing to step in and provide service. They did so promptly and the service department was very helpful and courteous.

    Had two solar projects completed 2 years ago (business and home). They did great work on the install including adding extra support to my shed roof to make sure everything was alright to hold the panels. Great work over all and easy to get on the phone if I had any questions or concerns.
