    The worse customer service. If you making bad inverters at least make good tech support!!!

    pro installer posting a pro waring about the new Sunny Boy Smart Energy SBSE... This new line of inverters will cause you nothing but issues. resulting in extremely long hours wasted on the most unprofessional technicians my company has ever encountered. call in or use the SMA service center portal they will close your case without fixing anything or communicating with their installers. Reason for this and I quote (Are management wants things tidy). communication issues with the inverter as well as with the company will happen and your only true option for a fix is to replace the SMA inverter

    Great product, I've been installing for 13 years, and RMA about 6 inverters in the 13 years plus they have great service and very knowledgeable tech support team.

    Best grid tied solar inverter because it can give you power when the grid is down!! It works on grid and off grid!!
