I wanted to install a solar system in my house for a long time. I took my time to research a few solar companies to make sure I was getting a good service for my money. Smart Solar Energy provided a high service during the entire process. I’m a general contractor, and I can find right away when a vendor is not being transparent on their services. Smart Solar Energy was able to answer all my questions and provide a great deal for the project. The timeline was completed on time and all the technicians involved provided an amazing service. My system is running properly, and I’m very satisfied wit

After moving into a new house in Hillsboro, we were visited by 2 national solar company reps who gave us their pitch. Since we were thinking about switching over to solar, we were very excited to listen to them and proceed with the process. However, we found out that we were misled, lied to, and left with a very negative view of the whole solar industry (e.g. I almost had to trespass one of the reps because he would not leave my house when I told him that I needed to speak with my wife about proceeding with the company). We decided to look into a local company and came upon Smart Solar Energy.

I had no knowledge and was a little skeptical about Solar energy or Solar product in general. But when I contacted Smart Solar Energy they really took time and went through every steps and questions that I had. I want to give a credit to Taylor, Jordan, Jenn particularly and the installing team for their prompt and excellent service. The best part about their company is they are not pushy and pressure me to buy the product. I’m enjoying my solar energy now and it has saved so much money from electric bill. Nhi

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
• —Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Hillsboro is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
