Its one and two star share is 33 points above the typical installer in Pennsylvania. Across Pennsylvania, 5 of the 146 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 3 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Be careful doing work for them. They wired a generator incorrectly then hired us to fix it but now won't pay their bill.

Amazing company with top-notch service and expertise. I needed a mini split AC unit for one of my offices, and they did an excellent job, clean, friendly, and efficient. I was so impressed, I called them again to install a second unit for my other office. Both installations were flawless. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Smart Solar Solutions. They not only left a great impression and did a great job installing my house's mini split two years ago, but were also very attentive to us when we reached back out with issues. Received next-day solutions and solved everything professionally and courteously. Special shoutout to Sam Fischer for continuously providing amazing service.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Coatesville is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
