    My parents have run our farm in upstate NY for decades, 649 acres total, and leasing out 22 acres for solar turned out to be one of the best decisions they've made. The team walked them through everything patiently and never made them feel rushed into a decision about land that's been in our family for generations. Now the rent payments cover their living expenses and property taxes on the whole farm, with money left over. The rest of the land is still fully theirs to farm and keep doing what they love. If you're a farmer with acreage that isn't in active use, I'd highly recommend looking into

    Worked with Lindsey and team. Town was hard to deal with / but Lindsey met with elected officials and got our property approved. Hardworking group of respectful people.
