  I contacted Solar Bill while evaluating solar options. To their credit, they promptly responded to my call and came to the site to take a look. The 2 stars I am giving are for that part of the experience. Since I did not use them for the actual work, I cannot comment on the quality of their installation. This review is purely based on the pricing and the subsequent communication.   A year ago I had a solar system installed at solar Bills in Quartsite Az. The installation included 800 watts of solar on the roof and numerous victron electrical components. At first all was well but while we on our next trip the system began to operate strangely. I communicated with S. B. and after several calls they decided that the Victron charge controller was bad. they replaced it and I installed it. No luck. panels not charging. So, working with John over the phone since I am based in louisiana we proceeded to troubleshoot. Removing the solar panels to check connectors I had one of the

  Solar bill review has been a steady, reliable, and trustworthy company and service provider. They stand by their product and their word and go above and beyond in their customer service. If I had more roofs, I’d get more solar from them again!

  Adrian of Solar Bill Review was excellent! He met with me and looked out our current electricity use and solar needs, worked on a design to meet our those needs, then worked with the manufacturer and installer to get it installed, permitted and approved by PG&E. Finally, he came to my house again a month after the Permission To Operate from PG&E and reviewed our bill with us to ensure we were seeing the expected results. I would highly recommend Solar Bill Review!

• It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
