I've been talking to Robert he promised me to cover 100% from my usage. When we signed the contract after that call me told me that they can't do 100% they can only cover 85% . I was so upset I figured out he wasn't honest with me and he was lying to me.

I needed help comparing solar options because the quotes and technical details were starting to run together for me. Solar Business Pro made the process easier by explaining what I should actually look at when comparing installers. I liked that they talked about things like licensing, experience, system pricing, financing, and potential savings instead of only focusing on the number of panels. The staff was easy to talk to and patient with my questions. Overall, it gave me more confidence about taking the next step with solar.

Robert took the time to answer all my questions before I even committed. No pressure, no sales tactics — just honest advice and great service. That gave me the confidence to move forward.

I got my solar system from him two years ago, and he designed it to cover my electric bill — plus a little extra. I’m really glad he included that buffer because, just like he predicted, we’ve started using a bit more electricity than before.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions free estimate, bonded and licensed, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
