The staff was so rude when I called as if I was annoying them for calling and inquiring. You can tell they don’t care about you as a valued costumer. They ONLY want your money Thank God I didn't move forward with this company!!! Bb

I had the most pleasant experience doing business with this company. From start to finish Sabrina and Ryan were very knowledgeable and prompt in their responses. I am so happy with the decision to go solar. I highly recommend doing business with them.

Jon became my contact in October for my home's solar project. Jon worked above and beyond to give constant communication about my project's status. He made sure if I had any questions, he was always there. He was available night and day for my ranting. I had so many questions and concerns about this whole project and he made it so easy. He was with me through and through even down to helping me start the system up a couple weeks ago. I can only give Jon and Solar Energy Auditors 5 stars but if I could give more I'd give so much more. I would not hesitate to recommend them. In a phrase, Jon you

Jon, Ryan and Sabrina were great, responsible and thoughtful. They took care of every detail that was missed.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Who Google shows alongside them

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
