Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in West Palm Beach. Across Florida, 371 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 14 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in West Palm Beach whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Solar Energy Solutions of Florida is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

What reviewers said

We had solar installed about two months ago and the system has handled several storms without any issues so far. The crew explained weather protection measures during installation, which gave us confidence. It’s nice finally using air conditioning without constantly stressing over massive electricity bills

Had a great experience working with them! Owner knows a tremendous amount about industry

An absolute flawless experience. I would have put solar in earlier had I known about their services earlier! My biggest worry was not knowing who to go with. Pick My Solar did all the leg work and research for us. Good Service Highly Recommended to My Friends & Familys

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. West Palm Beach is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
