Had my home done and I didn't receive eveything that was written in our contract. First I was offered 26 panels they only applied 24, also a VSPP pool pump never installed. I called and when they finally picked up the phone they said once you sign your documents then we will get that pool pump installed. I signed the completed documents and they received their money from the bank. I emailed again about the pool pump and still nothing. I would recommend to people whol use Solar Home to first get eveything complete before you sign anything especially bank papers, because once they get their mone

Not as professional as should be. Approval of systems take a very long time. The CEO will make offers that are not honored. Once they get paid they don't want to hear from you the customer. Customer service is not a strong point and is a part of their business that deserves a failing grade . Wish I worked with a different company. Be careful, the sizing and pricing are done to sell the system and not handled to power most to all of your needs

Buyer beware! Started process March 2018. Was told I would be up and running in MAY. My panels were put on the roof June 5. FOUR FAILED INSPECTIONS. And no further communication at all. Had to go through my LOAN company to get this taken care of! STILL in the process, but the new contractor is wonderful with communication. BUYER BEWARE. LOTS OF FRUSTRATION AND LOAN PAYMENTS ON TOP OF REGULAR HIGH POWER BILLS! A 10KW SYSTEM that is JUST NOW getting completed after MONTHS of being ignored by SOLAR HOMES AND WIRED UP ELECTRICAL, LLC.

I had Solar Homes install my solar system 3 years ago with the best group of people in the industry. Recently needed some maintenance help and again had good people completely solve the problem. There are many companies out there selling solar panels but none of them will ever come close to Solar Homes in installation and service.

Had a great experience with Solar Homes. Nick was very pleasant to work with, was very detail oriented, did not try to upsell and the installation went quickly without a hitch. Finally got my new PG&E electric bill of about $10/month and am very happy. And they made a donation to the charity of my choice to boot. Highly recommended ! Thanks

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
