    Had an 8am-12pm arrival scheduled today. Call at 1130am and they tell me it's still on. Call at 230pm.. they tell me it's still on and will message service tech to contact me with ETA. Called back multiple times between 5pm and 6pm EST. No answer. Zero communication and no one has called or contacted us to reschedule. Will consider updating review if they contact us and service by July 4th. I'm losing valuable days of excess production and winter credits.

    Lori in Support and Sean in Service were outstanding in their responses and actions. I can't remember the last time I called a company and repeatedly got one qualified, professional and proactive person with which to speak who wasn't just reading what the last person said or did. This consistency in communication allowed for quick and satisfying solutions. They are both amazing reflections on SolarMedix. THANK YOU LORI AND SEAN.

    I was having issues with my system not producing any power. The technician came out and checked the system over, he found the issue and verified the part would be covered under warranty.

    The diagnosis took fifteen minutes. The meter failed. New one ordered, another fifteen minutes to install it and link it to its mothership. Easy setting up schedule, all performed as stated and agreed. One happy camper here.
