    I would not use this company, extremely poor customer service and a failure to refund my money. My order was cancelled in February without explanation. The cancellation email stated I would be refunded my money which I have yet to receive - it is now March. I have emailed several times and called as well and have neither received a response to my email or a returned phone call.

    Company accidentally sent us a different pool skimmer than the one in their advertisements. We offered to keep if they would honor price of it listed other places $170 less as it was on sale Amazon and the manufacturer. At first they were not going to do so and said we can return for refund. This would be a hassle with large expensive item of which we were needing for out pool. After much of my time and many back and forth messages they did agree to credit. Customer service was quick to respond to each of my message
