  I get the idea that Solstice has no idea what they’re doing. They definitely don’t know how to cancel your Solstice account. I had moved and my utility company had me canceled with Solstice before they could cancel me. However, I just found out over a month after I moved that Solstice still hasn’t canceled my account so I’m guessing any of the money I saved with Solstice is now going right back to them. And here I thought solar farms were supposed to be ethical

  Saved me money on my electric bill, but kept on billing me for months afterward. Customer service through Zendesk does NOT cut it.

  My nephew signed me up. I have not seen anywhere near the amount I was told I would save. Yes, they have responded with good service, but the savings are almost NOTHING!

  From the moment I typed in my zip code to start the process until the last question I had answered by Arabella yesterday I have had a wonderful, professional, almost exciting experience. I other companies have similar processes but this one has never failed. I love Solstice - from their name to their customer service. Keep it up!!
